In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the mpo55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and mpo55. By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version governs. mpo55 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 15. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active Account on mpo55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo55 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and jurisdictions. No exceptions are made.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the mpo55 Platform or on any other platform with which mpo55 shares exclusion records.
• Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mpo55 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

Each Player may hold exactly one Account on the mpo55 Platform. Registering more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment instruments — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Username and password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. mpo55 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• Notification of changes: You must notify mpo55 promptly if any of your registered details change, including your name, address, date of birth, email address, or primary payment method.
• Account security: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact mpo55 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• No transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Balance or Bonus Funds to any third party.

mpo55 is required to conduct identity verification on all Accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is also triggered by any significant change in Account activity, a deposit or withdrawal above defined thresholds, or at mpo55's discretion for ongoing compliance purposes.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered name and address.
• Payment method verification: A screenshot or photograph of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., the mobile banking app screen showing the account name and last four digits of the account number), to confirm that the payment method belongs to the Account holder.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. mpo55 aims to complete verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. If additional documents are needed, our support team will contact you via the email address registered to your Account.

All deposits to mpo55 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and OCBC NISP. Transfers are processed via BI-FAST and SKN infrastructure and typically credit within seconds to a few minutes.

mpo55 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion: Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. See Clause 5.
• Wagering requirements: Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied or forfeited before the corresponding Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless mpo55 agrees in writing to an alternative method following successful verification.

• Withdrawal limits: Per-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of submission.

mpo55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts showing unusual activity patterns. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

mpo55 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian calendar events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadan, Independence Day (17 August), and Imlek. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated on each promotion page. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. All games available on mpo55 — including slots, live casino, sportsbook (including bandar bola — sports bookmaking — and mix parlay — accumulator betting), scratch cards, keno, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or product section.

• Certified RNG: All fixed-odds games use a certified random number generator (RNG) audited by an independent testing laboratory. Results are genuinely unpredictable and cannot be influenced by mpo55 or by any Player.
• Sportsbook settlement: Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). mpo55 reserves the right to void a bet where the event is abandoned, the result is subject to formal protest, or where clear data errors are identified.
• Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, mpo55's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Any completed game rounds will be settled according to the recorded outcome. For games where the outcome had not been determined at the point of disconnection, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction or error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, mpo55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Wins generated by a demonstrable system error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Currency: All bets and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to your Account Balance.

mpo55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a means of generating income or relieving financial pressure. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Indonesian Rupiah. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session timers: Set a maximum continuous session duration. You will receive a warning at the session limit and be automatically logged out if you do not manually extend the session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the mpo55 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and may be extended indefinitely. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications from mpo55.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mpo55 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended, their Balance frozen, and outstanding winnings withheld pending investigation:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without mpo55's express written consent.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guarantee a risk-free profit from promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method intended to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening mpo55 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, gaming software, or random number generation systems.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

All content on the mpo55 Platform — including but not limited to the mpo55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpo55 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mpo55 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any mpo55 Platform content without prior written permission from mpo55.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpo55 shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond mpo55's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a third-party payment processing delay, bank error, or e-wallet service interruption.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to meet eligibility requirements or wagering conditions.
• Any loss arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

mpo55's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mpo55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mpo55 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The Player's Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to mpo55.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting mpo55 support. Upon Account closure, any verified Balance (net of Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.

mpo55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo55 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mpo55's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by mpo55's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local legal restrictions and that they access the mpo55 Platform at their own legal risk and discretion.
